As a performer, writer and director, 'Todd' has been involved with many high-profile film, TV and theatre projects, including Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Harry Potter and Mopatop's Shop. He is committed to using media in support of the environment and is a key consultant to the Ice Bear Project.

Christina FrancoChristina Franco

Christina Franco is Chair of Trustees for Save the Rhino International. She has had a long involvement with wildlife charities and environmental arts events. In March 2010 Christina will attempt to become the first successful female solo expedition to the North Pole.

Duncan HamiltonDuncan & Jamie Hamilton - Hamilton Ice Sculptors

Hamilton’s will manage the freezing process and the event on Trafalgar Square alongside the Ice Bear Project. Over the passed thirty years, Duncan has been widely regarded as one of the UK’s leading ice sculptors. The company, managed by both Duncan and Jamie, has undertaken a wide range and scale of work, from international exhibitions and events, to continuous work in film, television and advertising. Sacha Dench Sacha Dench

Sacha is a freediver, cave diver, marine scientist and PR who has for years been using all forms of media to tell great stories about science, adventure and the world around us. Sacha is responsible for international PR and is lead media contact for the Copenhagen Ice Bear.

 

Nick BakerNick Baker

Nick is a well-known naturalist who has a particular soft spot for the world's biggest land-based predator - the Polar Bear.

He has presented many popular Wildlife and Natural History shows for broadcasters that include the BBC, Channel FIVE, National Geographic and Animal Planet. His programmes include The Really Wild Show, Nick Baker Down Under and Tomorrow's World. Animal Planet's Nick Baker's Weird Creatures is now in its third series.

Mary HareMary Hare

A Producer and Production Consultant, Mary's extensive production experience includes documentaries and drama for the BBC, Channel 4, National Geographic and many others.

Mary's production manager and associate producer experience is also extensive, and her skills include documentary and drama budgeting, scheduling and consultancy in all areas of film production.

Oliver ParkerOliver Parker

Oliver directed and shot Mark's May 2009 expedition on the Canadian sea-ice. He has extensive experience as a Director of Photography/Editor working around the world on projects that range from feature films to short films, documentaries, promos and commercials.   He has directed for the BBC World Service Trust and edited award-winning documentaries and shorts.

Dave ReidDave Reid

Dave is the owner of Polar Sea Adventures, is an expedition operator based in Pond Inlet, Baffin Island. He and his team took Mark Coreth out on the Canadian sea-ice in May this year. Julian Bickersteth Julian Bickersteth

Julian Bickersteth is coordinating the Ice Bear in Sydney in June 2011. Julian is a material conservator by training and is no stranger to polar regions, as his company, International Conservation Services, is the technical adviser for the Antarctic Heritage Trust's historic huts restoration project. As this involves the restoration of the huts of the 'Heroic era' explorers, Shackleton and Scott, in the Ross Sea region, Julian has directly seen the effect of climate change on the wildlife of Antarctica.
